Ecotourism in the Ibera Marshes

Better known by the name of Yellow Anaconda. It is the largest snake in Argentina, with a record of 7 meters. But due to intense hunting, it is difficult to find specimens exceeding 3 meters. It feeds mainly on rodents such as guinea pigs and small capivaras, birds and other snakes are also part of their diet.
In the months of August and September it is quite common to see it sunbathing on snags or rocks near the coast. The rest of the year, it prefers to move  in flooded areas looking for its favorite prey.
